Methods of treatment

The information will be processed manually and stored in our paper files, and are processed through our computer system, on which are stored together with all the data and their statements or complaints, this is for the reports of this exercise for what concerning the performance provided to you in previous years. The preservation of documents is carried out for a period of ten years, provided by the Italian Civil Code, unless prior to that date, cease to use our services or goes out of business, in which case it will be our responsibility to request your paperwork and the ‘ cancellation of documents from our computer database, specifying that, even in the absence of such a request, your data will be subject to “block” with suspension of any treatment. Such information will be deleted when it is required, by law, the deadline for the control and / or assessment of the statements or complaints to which they refer.

Persons to whom the personal data may be disclosed

Personal information may be disclosed to:
• Staff of the Company as a senior and responsible for managing the processing of dossiers relating to the contract in place, the staff was properly trained on security of personal data and the right to privacy.
• Credit institutions for the transactions for collection of payments.
• Accountant and professionals related to the bookkeeping and the proper execution of the tax law.
• State bodies appointed to verify and check the legality of accounting and tax required by law.
It is in any case prohibited to communicate or disclose your personal data to non-necessary for the performance of services or products requested by you.

Rights of Data Processing Subject

In regard to the processing of personal data subject has the right, pursuant to art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Privacy Code:
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet
recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. You have the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become
know them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. You have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data
which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards the
their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves
impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the
carrying out market research or commercial communication.
